Return and Refund Policy.
We do accept returns and refunds. We do not generally accept refunds simply for change of mind, but we are happy for you to get in contact and will assess each request on a case by case basis.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return or refund, you can contact us at email@example.com with your reasons for requesting a return or refund. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your item is damaged.
Please inspect your order upon receipt, and contact us if the item is damaged, or if your order is incorrect, so we can resolve the issue. We are happy to dispatch a replacement for stock damaged in transit, based on photographs, and take the issue up with the freight provider, provided there is clear evidence to show this was the case.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will not have you return the product unless we have already agreed to a course of action. We may check the item on receipt to ensure the reasons give for a refund are as per the item received. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
